The Victorian Maternal and Child Health (MCH) Service is a free health service available for all Victorian families with children from birth to school age. The Department of Health is inviting families, carers and parents across Victoria to participate in a statewide survey to gather valuable feedback on Victorian MCH services.
The survey invites parents, carers and families who have had a recent experience with MCH services in the past two years to share their anonymous feedback.
Community voice is central to ensuring the MCH service delivers fit-for-purpose, high-quality outcomes for children, families and carers. The voices of parents, carers and families will support the Department to understand what areas of the service are working well and what could be improved.
Feedback received will inform the MCH service to better support the health and wellbeing journey of parents, carers and families in raising happy and healthy children.
The survey is open from 17 September to 17 November 2024.
