TOPIC: End of Year Celebration - lets get together and celebrate in person!

Click and Connect provides a supportive social space that allows natural conversations to flow for adoptive, kinship and permanent carers or parents.
This meeting is different - we get to meet and share stories and connect face to face and spend a little longer together.
Come and join us for 3 hours or just an hour, whatever you can manage.
