Michele Lewis is an experienced Chief Executive with an extensive background across the health, aged care, and disability sectors. Michele has held senior leadership roles at both clinical and strategic levels within acute, sub-acute, aged, and community care settings.

Throughout her career, Michele has been deeply committed to the not-for-profit sector, combining strong commercial acumen with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional standards of care and service. She brings a values-driven approach to leadership and currently serves on several Boards, including Vasey RSL Care.

Michele’s expertise spans the conception and execution of business strategies that support growth, infrastructure development, and long-term financial sustainability. She has successfully led whole-of-organisation operations and complex large-scale projects, with responsibility for strategy development, budgeting and reporting, funding and operational management, stakeholder engagement, and risk and compliance governance.

Michele holds a Master of Business and a Graduate Diploma of Organisational Dynamics. She is a member of the Australian College of Nursing and is a graduate of both the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Australian Institute of Management.
