Important Update: Children, Youth and Families Amendment (Stability) Bill 2025

Following our last update we have received comments and feedback from a number of families/carers expressing their concerns about the Bill.   We have used the feedback to put together a PCA Families Position Statement which has been sent to key government representatives to ensure your voices are heard.  A copy of the statement can be found here.
