Join us for an online workshop on Fetal Alcohol Syndrome Disorder (FASD).
We are running six sessions and this session will focus on pathways to FASD diagnosis for children and young people. We will look at when FASD might be considered, what information is usually needed for an assessment, who may be involved in the diagnostic process, and how families and carers can support a child’s pathway to assessment and diagnosis.
Presented by Prue Walker, an experienced social worker specialising in Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD). The series is designed for permanent care and adoptive families, with each 20-minute session focusing on a different aspect of FASD, followed by time for questions and discussion.
