Guest Speaker - Ms Moira Kelly AO, Creating Hope Foundation. Moira Kelly AO has dedicated her life to the service of others. She was inspired to look after the disadvantaged when at the age of 7 she saw a video of Mother Theresa.  Moira is an adoptive parent of several children. In 2001, Moira was awarded the Officer of the Order of Australia in recognition of her humanitarian service to Australian and international communities. In 2004 she was nominated for Australian of the year.  In 2013 she was Victorian of the Year, and she founded global gardens of peace, a humanitarian organisation based in Melbourne.  In 2014 she was inducted into the Victorian Honor roll of women.  In 2015 she co-founded the Creating Hope Foundation, which provides comfort, hope, protection and safety to children and displaced women from overseas and locally.

We hope to see you at the AGM, however, if you cannot attend the AGM in person, you may still vote by providing your proxy to a PCAF Chair or any other person attending the meeting, either in person or virtually. Members will be voting on appointments to the PCAF Board.  The proxy form is available on the PCAF website HERE

As required in the PCAF Constitution:  A member may appoint a proxy by written notice to the association no later than 48 hours before the time of the meeting in respect of which the proxy is appointed, and an incorporated member (a body corporate) may appoint a proxy or a representative, to attend a meeting and vote on behalf of the member.  The Constitution can be accessed HERE
