Parents of adult adopted children are invited to the forth of our monthly, face to face, peer support groups being held at Fitzroy North Library.

Tonight, we have special guest Jenny Conrick join us who will speak about the first Australian DNA study that Melbourne University is currently undertaking with members of the adoption and out of home care communities, looking at the use of DNA technology to search for birth families.

Jenny has a social worker background with years of rich experience in adoption and permanent care practice and extensive research, as well as in counselling within the adoption community. Jenny is a past manager of Victoria's Adoption Information Service and was an early committee member of PCAFamilies.
